- Prepare the glasses: Mix sanding sugar and shredded coconut on a shallow plate. Dip the rim of each glass in water or honey, then dip into the sugar-coconut mixture to coat.
- In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the white cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and coconut milk.
- Whisk vigorously to ensure the coconut milk is fully incorporated and smooth.
- Just before serving, slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda to preserve the carbonation. Stir gently.
- Garnish the punch bowl with fresh cranberries. They will float on top.
- Serve immediately over ice in the prepared glasses.
Notes
For an alcoholic version, add 1 cup of coconut rum or vodka to the pitcher.
