Method
- Place your mixing bowl and mixer beaters in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
- Pour the very cold heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl. Add the pink lemonade powder mix directly into the cream.
- Using a hand mixer, start beating on low speed for 30 seconds to moisten the powder.
- Increase the mixer speed to medium-high and whip for 2-3 minutes until thick, stiff peaks form. Do not overmix.
- Fill two clear glasses with ice cubes and pour in your cold water or clear soda base, filling about 3/4 of the way up.
- Spoon large dollops of the whipped pink lemonade foam directly on top of the iced base.
- Garnish the rim of each glass with a fresh lemon slice and serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
Ensure your heavy cream is extremely cold for the best and fastest whipping results. You can adjust the amount of lemonade powder to suit your sweetness preference.
