Method
- Prepare all fruit garnishes (slice citrus, wash leaves) before blending to ensure drinks don't melt while styling.
- For the Dragon Fruit drink: Blend 2 cups ice, dragon fruit, lemonade, and simple syrup until thick and smooth. Pour and garnish with lemon and mint.
- For the Pineapple Cooler: Clean blender, then blend 2 cups ice, frozen pineapple, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. Pour and garnish with pineapple leaves and orange.
- For the Layered drink - Base: Blend mango, pineapple juice and 1 cup ice. Pour into the bottom of a tall glass and freeze for 5 minutes.
- For the Layered drink - Middle: Blend strawberries, 1 tbsp sugar, splash of water, and 1 cup ice. Gently spoon over the frozen yellow layer.
- For the Layered drink - Top: Blend blue syrup, splash of water, and remaining ice until snowy. Scoop gently on top. Garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
To make these into adult cocktails, substitute 1-2 oz of the liquid in each recipe with white rum, coconut rum, or tequila.
