Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 6-8 cups ice cubes clean, filtered
Dragon Fruit Splash
  • 1 cup frozen red dragon fruit chunks
  • 0.5 cup lemonade
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup
Pineapple Coconut Cooler
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup coconut cream
  • 0.25 cup pineapple juice
Rainbow Layered Slush
  • 0.5 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 0.5 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3 tbsp blue curaƧao syrup non-alcoholic
Garnishes
  • 1 each lemon, orange, fresh mint, pineapple leaves for styling

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Prepare all fruit garnishes (slice citrus, wash leaves) before blending to ensure drinks don't melt while styling.
  2. For the Dragon Fruit drink: Blend 2 cups ice, dragon fruit, lemonade, and simple syrup until thick and smooth. Pour and garnish with lemon and mint.
  3. For the Pineapple Cooler: Clean blender, then blend 2 cups ice, frozen pineapple, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. Pour and garnish with pineapple leaves and orange.
  4. For the Layered drink - Base: Blend mango, pineapple juice and 1 cup ice. Pour into the bottom of a tall glass and freeze for 5 minutes.
  5. For the Layered drink - Middle: Blend strawberries, 1 tbsp sugar, splash of water, and 1 cup ice. Gently spoon over the frozen yellow layer.
  6. For the Layered drink - Top: Blend blue syrup, splash of water, and remaining ice until snowy. Scoop gently on top. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

To make these into adult cocktails, substitute 1-2 oz of the liquid in each recipe with white rum, coconut rum, or tequila.
