Ultimate Brownie Milkshake

Ingredients
  

Shake Base
  • 4 large scoops chocolate or vanilla ice cream premium quality
  • 0.5 cup whole milk adjust for thickness
  • 1 whole brownie fudgy style
Assembly & Garnish
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup or hot fudge for drizzling
  • 0.5 cup whipped cream
  • 1 whole brownie cubed for topping

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Tall Glasses
  • Ice Cream Scoop
  • Straws

Method
 

  1. Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside walls of two tall glasses. Place glasses in the freezer to chill while you prep.
  2. In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, and one brownie.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and thick. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more milk; if too thin, add more ice cream.
  4. Remove glasses from freezer and pour the milkshake evenly into them.
  5. Top generously with whipped cream.
  6. Garnish with the remaining cubed brownie pieces and a final drizzle of chocolate syrup.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.

Notes

For a boozy version, add a shot of Baileys or Kahlua to the blender.
