Method
- Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside walls of two tall glasses. Place glasses in the freezer to chill while you prep.
- In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, and one brownie.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and thick. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more milk; if too thin, add more ice cream.
- Remove glasses from freezer and pour the milkshake evenly into them.
- Top generously with whipped cream.
- Garnish with the remaining cubed brownie pieces and a final drizzle of chocolate syrup.
- Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.
Notes
For a boozy version, add a shot of Baileys or Kahlua to the blender.
