Method
- Pour the grenadine into the bottom of a tall glass.
- Fill the glass completely with ice cubes.
- In a separate cup, mix the lemonade and coconut rum (if using).
- Slowly pour the lemonade mixture over the back of a spoon onto the ice to create the second layer.
- Top gently with the butterfly pea flower tea (or Empress Gin) to create the purple top layer.
- Garnish with a flower and serve with a straw.
Notes
To make this a mocktail, simply omit the rum and use tea for the top layer.
