Method
- Ensure all liquid ingredients are well chilled in the refrigerator prior to mixing.
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, pour in the pineapple juice and the blue Hawaiian punch.
- Stir gently to combine the juices until the mixture turns a bright ocean blue.
- Just before serving, slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda to preserve the carbonation. Give it one very gentle stir.
- Fill individual serving glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the punch over the ice, garnish the rim with a lemon slice and a fun stirrer, and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not add the lemon-lime soda until right before serving to prevent the punch from going flat. For an adult version, add white rum or vodka.
