Ingredients
  

Cocktail Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Empress Indigo Gin
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.75 oz plum liqueur
  • 3 oz sparkling wine chilled (Prosecco or Champagne)
Garnish
  • 1 wedge lemon for rimming the glass
  • 1 tbsp colored cocktail sugar for rimming

Equipment

  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Coupe Glass

Method
 

  1. Prepare your coupe glass by rubbing a lemon wedge along the rim. Dip the wet rim into the colored cocktail sugar until coated. Set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Empress Indigo Gin, fresh lemon juice, and plum liqueur.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice, seal, and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Strain the chilled mixture into the prepared sugar-rimmed coupe glass.
  5. Carefully top with the chilled sparkling wine. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Ensure all ingredients, especially the sparkling wine, are well-chilled before assembling for the best tasting experience.
