- Make watermelon jelly by dissolving gelatin in sweetened watermelon juice; pour into molds with sesame seeds and chill until firm with a green lime layer.
- Simmer strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until thick; strain to create a smooth syrup and cool completely.
- Brew Jasmine tea and let it chill in the refrigerator.
- Coat the inside of a glass with strawberry syrup, then fill with ice and a few watermelon jellies.
- Pour in the chilled tea and top with milk, stirring gently to create a marble effect.
- Garnish with a large watermelon jelly wedge and serve with a wide straw.
Notes
Use agar-agar for a vegan jelly version that stays firm at room temperature.
