- Cut the pound cake into uniform 1-inch cubes.
- Thread the strawberries and pound cake cubes alternately onto the wooden skewers.
- Place the assembled skewers flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave on 50% power in 20-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each, until melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate generously over the skewers using a fork or piping bag.
- Let the skewers sit at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
Notes
Ensure strawberries are entirely dry before assembling so the chocolate adheres properly. Assemble close to serving time to prevent the cake from getting soggy.
