- Wash strawberries, dice them, and toss with granulated sugar in a bowl. Set aside for 20 minutes to macerate and release juices.
- Crush Oreos in a food processor or ziplock bag until fine crumbs form. (Optional: mix with melted butter for a firmer base).
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate cold bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined and fluffy.
- Spoon or pipe a layer of cheesecake mixture into the bottom of cups (or start with crumbs if preferred).
- Add a layer of Oreo crumbs, followed by a layer of macerated strawberries with their juice.
- Repeat layers until the cup is full. Top with a final swirl of cream, a whole Oreo, and a strawberry slice.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors meld.

Keep chilled until serving. Best eaten within 2 days.
