Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter
  • 1 box strawberry cake mix 15.25 oz box
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.33 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp water or milk, adjust for consistency

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper or grease well.
  2. In a large bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, and oil until well combined. The batter will be thick.
  3. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan using a spatula.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until just done in the center. Do not overbake; remove before edges brown excessively.
  5. While brownies are baking, whisk powdered sugar and water (or milk) until smooth to make the glaze.
  6. Pour glaze over the brownies immediately while they are still hot. Spread to edges.
  7. Allow to cool completely in the pan so the glaze sets before cutting into squares.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
