- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Reserve 1 tbsp of this mixture to toss with strawberries.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar. Beat in the egg, mashed bananas, and vanilla.
- Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined. Toss diced strawberries in reserved flour, then gently fold into batter.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Whisk glaze ingredients together until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bread before serving.
