Method
- Place the sliced fresh strawberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and muddle gently to release the juices.
- Add the white rum, coconut cream, and strawberry simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker halfway with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Fill a stemless glass with fresh ice cubes.
- Strain the cocktail mixture over the fresh ice.
- Garnish the rim of the glass with a fresh strawberry slice and serve immediately.
Notes
For a blended version, skip the muddling and shaking, and blend all ingredients with ice until smooth.
