- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs and milk; let sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix beef, pork, egg, spices, parsley, and the soaked breadcrumbs gently until combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
- While meatballs bake, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire, and lemon juice in a large pot over medium heat.
- Simmer sauce for 5 minutes until thickened and glossy.
- Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and toss to coat. Simmer for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can also make this in a slow cooker: Add cooked meatballs and sauce ingredients to the crockpot and cook on Low for 3-4 hours.
