Method
- Prepare the puree: Blend strawberries (and sugar if needed) until smooth. Strain if desired to remove seeds. Set aside.
- In a shaker or jar, combine pineapple juice, lemonade, peach nectar, and white grape juice. Shake well to mix.
- Place 1 tablespoon of freeze-dried pineapple pieces into the bottom of each glass.
- Fill glasses to the rim with ice.
- Pour the pineapple-peach mixture over the ice, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
- Gently spoon the strawberry puree over the top of the ice. Do not stir; allow it to sink naturally for the gradient effect.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
For a 'Pink Drink' vibe, add a splash of coconut milk to the base.
