Ingredients
  

Chicken Base
  • 2 large chicken breasts sliced into fillets
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

  • Air Fryer or Baking Sheet

Method
 

  1. Season chicken fillets with paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 5 minutes per side until golden brown; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and chili flakes for 1 minute.
  4. Whisk in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and glossy.
  6. Return chicken to the pan, coating thoroughly in the sauce.
  7. Cook your fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  8. Serve the chicken drenched in sauce immediately with a side of fries.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for the smoothest sauce texture.
