- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain, cool, and crumble.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded Smoked Gouda, Cheddar, and half of the crumbled bacon.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from oven and immediately top with remaining bacon and chopped green onions. Serve warm.
