Method
- Add the cold water (or peach nectar), fresh lemon juice, and honey to the bottom of your blender.
- Add the diced fresh peaches, followed by the frozen peach slices and the ice cubes.
- Blend on low speed to break up the ice, then increase to high speed. Blend for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth and slushy.
- Taste the mixture. Add more sweetener if desired, or a splash more water if it is too thick to pour.
- Pour the icy mixture immediately into tall glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a fresh peach slice and a straw. Serve immediately.
Notes
For an adult version, substitute the cold water with chilled white wine or rosé.
