Method
- Dissolve sugar in 1 cup of water over medium heat to create a simple syrup; let cool.
- In a pitcher, mix simple syrup, lemon juice, and remaining 3 cups of water.
- For the pink glass: Muddle raspberries in the bottom of a glass and fill with ice.
- For the orange glass: Add ice and orange juice to a glass.
- For the green glass: Lightly bruise mint leaves and add to a glass with ice and lime juice.
- Pour the lemonade base into all three glasses and stir gently.
- Top each glass with a lemon wheel garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
Use sparkling water instead of still water for a fizzy version. Ensure lemons are at room temperature before juicing to get the most liquid.
