Ingredients
  

Lemonade Base
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups filtered water divided
Flavor Additions
  • 0.25 cup fresh raspberries
  • 0.5 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 6 leaves fresh mint
  • 3 slices lemon wheels for garnish

Method
 

  1. Dissolve sugar in 1 cup of water over medium heat to create a simple syrup; let cool.
  2. In a pitcher, mix simple syrup, lemon juice, and remaining 3 cups of water.
  3. For the pink glass: Muddle raspberries in the bottom of a glass and fill with ice.
  4. For the orange glass: Add ice and orange juice to a glass.
  5. For the green glass: Lightly bruise mint leaves and add to a glass with ice and lime juice.
  6. Pour the lemonade base into all three glasses and stir gently.
  7. Top each glass with a lemon wheel garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Use sparkling water instead of still water for a fizzy version. Ensure lemons are at room temperature before juicing to get the most liquid.
