Method
- Fill a tall glass about three-quarters of the way full with crushed or pebble ice.
- Pour the raspberry syrup directly over the ice.
- Squeeze the juice from the fresh lime half into the glass. You can drop the squeezed lime wedge in as well.
- Slowly pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda, leaving a little room at the top of the glass.
- Slowly pour the half-and-half or cream over the top of the soda.
- Serve immediately with a straw. Swirl gently before drinking to mix the cream into the soda.
Notes
For a dairy-free and highly authentic flavor, use coconut cream instead of half-and-half.
