- Melt 1 cup of unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté on low for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Stir in red pepper flakes and Cajun seasoning; let bloom for 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat. Stir in fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm immediately.
Notes
For a smoother sauce that doesn't separate as easily, consider using clarified butter or ghee.
