Ingredients

Pizza Base
  • 1 lb pizza dough room temperature
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Toppings
  • 4-6 slices prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fresh burrata cheese 2 balls
  • 2 cups baby arugula fresh
  • 3 tbsp hot honey or regular honey with chili flakes
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Equipment

  • Pizza Stone or Baking Sheet
  • Pizza Peel
  • Pizza Cutter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, allow it to heat for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Stretch pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface or parchment paper.
  3. Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately top with prosciutto slices.
  6. Tear burrata balls open and place chunks of cheese over the pizza.
  7. Scatter fresh arugula over the top.
  8. Generously drizzle with hot honey and finish with flaky sea salt. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure dough is at room temperature for easy stretching. Do not bake the burrata; add it fresh for best texture.
