- Ensure all liquid ingredients (cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and ginger ale) are thoroughly chilled before starting.
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice cocktail and pineapple juice. Stir gently to mix.
- Just before serving, slowly pour in the ginger ale to preserve the carbonation. Give it one gentle stir.
- Add plenty of ice to the bowl or individual glasses.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries, pineapple wedges, and rosemary sprigs for a festive touch. Serve immediately.
Notes
For an alcoholic version, add 1-2 cups of vodka, rum, or sparkling wine.
