Method
- Set up a clean workspace with your ingredients, empty bags, and pre-cut string.
- Scoop 3 to 4 tablespoons of light blue jelly beans into the bottom of a clear cellophane bag to form the ocean base.
- Carefully add 2 to 3 tablespoons of Goldfish crackers on top of the jelly beans.
- Gather the top of the cellophane bag tightly above the food line to remove air.
- Tie the neck of the bag securely with a piece of white twine using a double knot or bow.
- Trim excess string and repeat until all bags are filled. Store in a cool, dry place.
Notes
Can be made up to a week in advance if tied tightly and stored away from humidity.
