- Run a lime wedge around the rim of your margarita glass. Dip the rim into coarse salt to coat evenly. Set glass aside.
- In a blender, combine the Blanco tequila, Blue Curaçao, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar.
- Add 2 cups of ice to the blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and slushy. If it is too thin, add more ice and blend again.
- Carefully pour or spoon the frozen blue margarita into the salt-rimmed glass, piling it high.
- Garnish with a fresh white flower, add a straw, and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure you use Blanco (silver) tequila. Using a yellowish Reposado or Añejo tequila will mix with the blue curaçao and turn your drink green.
