Method
- Place candy canes in a ziplock bag and crush them into small pieces using a rolling pin.
- Prepare two shallow dishes: one with chocolate syrup, one with the crushed candy canes.
- Dip the rim of two rocks glasses into the chocolate syrup, then immediately into the crushed candy canes to coat the rim. Set aside.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
- Add Irish Cream, Chocolate Liqueur, Peppermint Schnapps, Vodka, and Heavy Cream to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
- Fill the rimmed glasses with fresh ice and strain the cocktail mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and a whole candy cane stick. Serve immediately.
Notes
Chill your glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes prior to serving for the best results.
