Method
- Finely chop 1 tsp of fresh rosemary and mix it with coarse sugar on a shallow plate.
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip into the sugar-rosemary mixture to coat.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and white cranberry juice.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker is frosted and cold.
- Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice.
- Strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and 3 fresh cranberries arranged to look like mistletoe. Add a lime wheel if desired.
Notes
For a greener color, add a tiny drop of green food coloring or a splash of Midori.
