Method
- Fill a tall glass completely to the brim with pebble ice.
- Pour the blackberry syrup and fresh lime juice directly over the ice.
- Slowly pour the chilled dark soda over the ice, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
- Gently pour the coconut cream over the top, allowing it to slowly sink and create swirls in the drink.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a straw. Stir gently right before drinking.
Notes
For an adult version, replace coconut cream with 1.5 oz Malibu rum and a splash of heavy cream.
