Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a large bowl, toss with olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy edges appear.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Sriracha, maple syrup, soy sauce, melted butter, and rice vinegar.
- Pour the glaze over the roasted cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Optional: Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes to set the glaze.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute the butter with oil or vegan butter.
