Ingredients
  

Burger Meat
  • 1 lb ground beef lean
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices bacon
Salad Base
  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup dill pickles sliced
Special Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup sugar-free if keto
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp pickle juice

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and a pinch of paprika to make the sauce. Refrigerate.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon slices until crispy. Remove, drain on paper towels, and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Wash and chop lettuce. Slice tomatoes, red onions, and pickles.
  5. Assemble bowls by placing a base of lettuce, topping with warm beef, veggies, and bacon crumbles.
  6. Drizzle generously with the special sauce and serve immediately.
