- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and a pinch of paprika to make the sauce. Refrigerate.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon slices until crispy. Remove, drain on paper towels, and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Wash and chop lettuce. Slice tomatoes, red onions, and pickles.
- Assemble bowls by placing a base of lettuce, topping with warm beef, veggies, and bacon crumbles.
- Drizzle generously with the special sauce and serve immediately.
