- Pat chicken wings very dry with paper towels. This is key for crispy skin.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a small bowl, combine baking powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
- Toss wings in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake for 40-50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- While wings bake, combine peach preserves, honey, hot sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Simmer sauce for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in butter until melted and glossy.
- Transfer cooked wings to a large bowl, pour sauce over them, and toss to coat immediately.
Notes
For air fryer: Cook at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway.
