Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Pulse Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of liners and bake for 5 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla.
- Mix in eggs one at a time on low speed, then tint batter with green food coloring.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 15-18 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely, then chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and a red heart sprinkle before serving.
