Method
- Wash strawberries gently and pat them completely dry. Let air dry for 30 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the dark chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Allow the dark chocolate base to set at room temperature for 15 minutes, or in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
- Melt the blue, purple, and light blue candy melts in separate bowls using the 50% power method. Transfer to small piping bags.
- Drizzle the melted colors across the set dark chocolate strawberries to create a marbled galaxy effect.
- Immediately sprinkle the edible silver stars and white nonpareils over the wet colored drizzles.
- Let set completely before serving. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.

Ensure strawberries are bone dry before dipping; any water will cause the chocolate to seize.
