- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and free of lumps.
- Add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon cream cheese mixture until fluffy. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Using a crinkle cutter or a sharp knife, slice the prepared watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, and honeydew into uniform fry shapes.
- Place the chilled lemon dip in a small bowl in the center of a large round platter.
- Arrange the fruit fries in a circular color wheel pattern around the dip bowl. Garnish dip with extra lemon zest and serve immediately.
Notes
Be sure to pat your fruit fries dry with a paper towel before arranging them on the platter to prevent excess juices from pooling.
