- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Gently fold in the drained crab meat, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
- Roll the dough starting from the wide end toward the tip. Place on baking sheet with the tip tucked under.
- Brush the tops of the rolls lightly with the egg wash.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and flaky. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure crab meat is thoroughly drained to prevent soggy pastry.
