  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Gently fold in the drained crab meat, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  5. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
  6. Roll the dough starting from the wide end toward the tip. Place on baking sheet with the tip tucked under.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls lightly with the egg wash.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and flaky. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes
