Ingredients
  

Base & Sauce
  • 2 large flatbreads or Naan store-bought
  • 0.5 cup Alfredo sauce jarred or homemade
Toppings
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 medium Roma tomato diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly cracked

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the flatbreads, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Top evenly with the shredded cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, and crumbled bacon.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the toppings.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley and cracked black pepper.
  8. Slice and serve warm immediately.

Notes

For a crispier crust, you can pre-bake the flatbreads for 3 minutes before adding toppings.
