- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the flatbreads, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Top evenly with the shredded cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, and crumbled bacon.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the toppings.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley and cracked black pepper.
- Slice and serve warm immediately.
Notes
For a crispier crust, you can pre-bake the flatbreads for 3 minutes before adding toppings.
