Ingredients
  

Milkshake Base
  • 3 cups vanilla bean ice cream premium quality
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 4 Yellow Marshmallow Peeps chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 drop yellow food coloring optional
Toppings
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream chilled
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 Yellow Peeps Chicks for garnish
  • 1 tbsp pastel sprinkles

Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Milkshake glasses
  • Piping bag and star tip
  • Whisk or electric mixer

Method
 

  1. Place milkshake glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
  2. In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, chopped Peeps, vanilla extract, and food coloring.
  3. Blend on low to medium speed until smooth but still thick and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Pour the blended shake into the chilled glasses.
  6. Top with a large swirl of whipped cream using a piping bag.
  7. Decorate with pastel sprinkles and place a Peep chick on top of each glass.
  8. Serve immediately with a festive straw.

Notes

For a thinner shake, add milk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
