- Place the frozen pineapple chunks into the blender canister.
- Add the chilled pineapple juice and the vanilla ice cream over the frozen fruit.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth, using a tamper if necessary to push fruit into the blades.
- Check consistency; if too soft, add more frozen fruit and blend briefly.
- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip for the signature swirl look.
- Pipe into chilled glasses and garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge.
- Serve immediately while the texture is firm and cold.
