Ingredients

Wrap Components
  • 1 large flour tortilla burrito size
  • 4 strips bacon cooked crispy and chopped
  • 0.5 cup iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 0.25 cup tomato diced and seeded
  • 0.33 cup cheddar jack cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp butter for frying

Equipment

  • Skillet or Griddle
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method

  1. Cook bacon strips until crispy, drain fat, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Wash lettuce and tomatoes; shred the lettuce and dice the tomatoes into small cubes.
  3. Microwave the flour tortilla for 10-15 seconds to soften it.
  4. Lay tortilla flat and spread ranch dressing or mayo in the center.
  5. Layer cheese, chopped bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce in the center of the tortilla.
  6. Fold sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a burrito shape.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
  8. Place wrap seam-side down in the skillet. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  9. Slice in half diagonally and serve warm.

Notes

Ensure you place the wrap seam-side down first in the pan; this seals the tortilla and prevents it from unrolling.
