Ingredients
  

Cocktail Base
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz peach schnapps
  • 1 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
Garnish
  • 0.5 peach sliced
  • 1 sprig fresh mint
  • 1 cup ice cubed or crushed

Method
 

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice and arrange peach slices against the glass walls.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine white rum, peach schnapps, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  3. (Optional) Add a few peach slices to the shaker and muddle gently for extra flavor.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until frosty.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.
  6. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and an extra peach slice. Serve immediately.

Notes

Slap the mint sprig between your hands before garnishing to release the aroma.
