- Fill a highball glass with ice and arrange peach slices against the glass walls.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine white rum, peach schnapps, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- (Optional) Add a few peach slices to the shaker and muddle gently for extra flavor.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until frosty.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and an extra peach slice. Serve immediately.
Notes
Slap the mint sprig between your hands before garnishing to release the aroma.
