Method
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: seasoned flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and Panko breadcrumbs in the third.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour, dip into the egg wash, and then press firmly into the Panko breadcrumbs to coat completely.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until deeply golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal). Transfer to a wire rack to drain.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt. Warm over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes until smooth and fluid.
- Place crispy chicken on a serving platter. Drizzle generously with the warm hot honey glaze.
- Immediately sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh parsley over the glazed chicken. Serve hot.
Notes
Letting the breaded chicken rest for 5 minutes before frying helps the breading stick better. Use an air fryer to reheat leftovers for maximum crispiness.
