Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 8 oz feta cheese block, drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil plus more for garnish
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
Mix-ins & Garnish
  • 1 cup green olives pitted
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Place the feta cheese, cream cheese (or yogurt), garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil into a food processor.
  2. Process on high until the mixture is smooth and whipped, scraping down the sides as needed (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Add the pitted green olives, herbs, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Pulse 5-8 times until the olives are chopped and incorporated but still chunky. Do not over-blend.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl or jar. Use a spoon to create swirls on the surface.
  6. Drizzle generously with extra olive oil and top with whole olives before serving.

Notes

Serve with warm pita, crackers, or fresh vegetables. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
