Ingredients
  

Cocktail
  • 2 oz vanilla vodka chilled
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 0.5 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz heavy cream or half & half
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate shaved or curled
  • 1 cup ice cubes for shaking

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Martini Glass
  • Jigger
  • Vegetable Peeler (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Place your martini glass in the freezer to chill for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Using a vegetable peeler, shave curls of white chocolate from a bar and set aside for garnish.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  4. Pour in the vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, blue curaçao, and heavy cream.
  5. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until the shaker feels very cold and frosty.
  6. Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
  7. Top with the white chocolate shavings in the center of the drink.
  8. Serve immediately while cold.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use canned coconut milk or a creamy oat milk barista blend.
