Method
- Fill a hurricane glass with fresh ice to chill while you prepare the drink.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Malibu Coconut Rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream.
- Add a generous amount of ice to the shaker (fill about 3/4 full).
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels very cold and frosty.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim and serve immediately.
Notes
For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with 1 cup of ice until smooth.
