Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker generously with ice cubes.
- Pour in the Malibu Coconut Rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels frosty.
- Strain the mixture into a hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim and serve immediately.
Notes
For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with 1 cup of ice until slushy.
