Ingredients
  

Punch Base
  • 2 cups cranberry juice chilled
  • 2 cups orange juice pulp-free, chilled
  • 1 cup pineapple juice chilled
  • 1 cup ginger ale chilled
Garnish (Optional)
  • 0.5 cup fresh cranberries frozen is best
  • 1 orange sliced into rounds

Method
 

  1. Ensure all juice ingredients and the ginger ale are thoroughly chilled in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before starting.
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice.
  3. Stir the juices gently until well combined and the color is uniform.
  4. Just before serving, slowly pour in the ginger ale to preserve the carbonation.
  5. Garnish with fresh or frozen cranberries and orange slices if desired.
  6. Serve immediately over ice in individual glasses.

Notes

For an alcoholic version, add 1 cup of vodka or swap the ginger ale for Prosecco.
