Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the entire slab of slider rolls in half horizontally. Set the top half aside.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish. Brush lightly with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses evenly over the bottom layer of bread.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer.
- Brush the remaining garlic herb butter generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove foil and bake 3-5 more minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
