- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a Bundt pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- Open biscuit cans and cut each biscuit into quarters. Roll pieces slightly to form rough balls.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the dough balls in the butter mixture until evenly coated (or dip individually).
- Place half of the dough balls into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and parmesan.
- Layer the remaining dough balls on top, followed by the remaining cheese. Pour any leftover butter mixture over the top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until deep golden brown. Cover loosely with foil if top browns too quickly.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate. Serve warm.
