- Pour coarse salt onto a small, shallow plate.
- Run a fresh lime wedge along the outside rim of a highball glass to moisten it.
- Gently dip the moistened edge of the glass into the coarse salt to create a salted rim.
- Fill the prepared glass completely to the top with ice.
- Pour the coconut rum and Midori melon liqueur directly over the ice.
- Top with Sprite or lemon-lime soda.
- Using a bar spoon, gently stir the drink to combine the ingredients without losing the carbonation.
- Garnish with a fresh lime wheel on the rim and serve immediately.
Notes
To make a pitcher for a party, multiply the liquid ingredients by the number of guests. Keep the Sprite separate until right before serving to maintain the fizz.
