Method
- Crush graham crackers into coarse crumbs and mix with melted butter. Set aside.
- Dice apples into small cubes. Toss immediately with lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon cheesecake mixture into the bottom of cups.
- Layer with graham crumbs, diced apples, and a drizzle of caramel.
- Repeat layers, ending with a large swirl of mousse or whipped cream.
- Top generously with caramel sauce and remaining crumble before serving.
Notes
For clean layers, use a piping bag to add the cheesecake mousse into the cups.
